Pork is often under-rated, in my opinion. With the right rub or sauce, it's a delicious and flavorful entree, particularly if you have a smoker.

These are the first really EXCELLENT pork babyback ribs that I've made. They are well worth your time. The secret? Brown sugar rub up front, apple juice and pepper jelly for steaming in foil, and 6 total hours cooking time.
